Puffs with garlic stuffing
Inspired by the recipe in "Recipes for an encore of" newspaper "Skatert-with Samobranka" and a little bit of me changed. Puff is just wonderful, fragrant, sweet, spicy, very tasty and simple to prepare. Soup (especially borscht) or just as a snack. Originally tried these Selecci prescription Nina (barska) and I sooo much, now spread as a variant of this recipe.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Spices

To softened butter add the chopped garlic, herbs, a little salt, spices to taste, cheese, grated on a fine grater. A lot of cheese do not need to take, that he would not escape a couple of slices will suffice. Garlic I took two times more than indicated in the ingredients, but it's not for everybody, not everyone likes spicy.

Roll out the dough, cut into squares of 10x10 cm, spread with filling and fold triangles.

Grease the triangles with beaten egg, spread on a baking sheet and bake until Golden brown. I used to always puff pastry baked in a pan greased with cold water, but all too often sticks. With baking paper, no such problems, so bake just for her.
