Flaky fruit pie-cake
The site has a lot of recipes for cakes and cupcakes for brewed tea, I suggest my. I'm tired of the usual cakes, so I decided to add fruit in the cake another way. Try.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Tea bags

    2 pack

  • Kiwi

    4 piece

Milk to heat and brew the 2 tea bags (preferably add the tea with some flavors, then the cupcake will have a special flavor). Brewing a few minutes to desired strength. (I had a white tea that no one wants to drink, so I so it and utilizing).

Separately mix the flour and sugar.

Then melt the butter and add to the mix the tea+milk.

Add to the mixture eggs, mixing thoroughly so the eggs don't cook.

Liquid mixture to pour the flour+sugar.

And finally, add a packet of baking powder (in my pack of 15 g).

Pour 1/3 of the batter into the form and put in preheated oven to 200 gr. Bake until lightly Golden.

And spread on top of sliced fruit. We've been a kiwi. (Note to self: in the trail. time I will take fruit and two tones brighter, the layers differed better).

Top and pour another 1/3 of the test. And again in the oven until slightly Golden. So 1 more time with remaining batter.

It turns out to be handsome. If the cake has become Golden, but still moist inside, then cover it with foil and bake until tender.
