Cooking
With a whisk beat the eggs with butter and milk.
Gradually add flour and salt.
The olive oil and whisk. Work the batter.
The dough pour into molds for muffins - 2/3 full.
Each sausage cut in half and cut crosswise.
Stick to the dough cut up.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped dill.
And bake for another 7 minutes. The muffins really rise, and then fall down three times - this is normal. Bon appetit!
