Cooking
Zucchini cut into very thin slices, about 2-3 mm thick.
To the egg add milk, potseluem and pepper to taste. Well bring down with a fork.
Cheese grate on a fine grater, add to the bread crumbs.
Carefully grind cheese with crackers hands.
Coat each piece in flour. This is a very important point. If you skip this step, then the breading will not stay on the zucchini.
Next, dip the zucchini in the egg-milk mixture.
And finally in breadcrumbs.
Zastenny spread on a parchment baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees. After 7.5 minutes, flip each to the other side.
