Emerald nettle soup
The most favorite soup in our family. Preparing of the first young nettles.

Ingredients

  • Nettle

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Carefully rinse the nettles (I do it in the host. gloves), slice it. Part nettle (mine is the thicker stems) to postpone.

Cut into cubes the potatoes.

Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater, nettle stalks, finely chop. First slightly fry onion, then add to it the carrots and nettles and fry until soft carrots.

Into boiling water put potatoes, boil it until almost cooked. When potatoes are almost ready, add the nettles. When boiling, add zazharku and cook until potatoes are done.
