Cooking
Just want to say that the number of each of the ingredients can be changed at will. Take a 3-quart saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil, place in boiling water to soup powder and leave to cook on low heat for about 15 minutes while we prepare the vegetables. Potatoes, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, kohlrabi cleaned and thoroughly rinsed under running water. Cauliflower and the green beans wash well.
Potatoes cut into thin strips, colored kaput disassemble on inflorescences and grind, squash and a kohlrabi rubbed on a large grater.
The green beans cut in small pieces, carrots cut into slices, finely grind onion, cut into slices mushrooms. In the boiling broth and throw sliced potatoes, cauliflower, kohlrabi and zucchini.
On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and put the remaining vegetables: carrots, onions, mushrooms and beans.
Fry all, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 min., add tomato juice, stir, add salt, pepper to taste, add the paprika. Continue simmer for another couple minutes, throw in the greens, stir and switch off.
Meanwhile, the vegetables in the pan has failed and we lay there steamed vegetables. A taste, adding, if not enough salt, pepper, go back to writing a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes and switch off.
