Viennese hot chocolate
Tasty warm thick chocolate with a delicate vanilla cream. Enjoy the winter holidays to your loved ones!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 g

  • Water

    250 g

  • Cocoa powder

    20 g

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Sugar

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Milk and water heating.

Dissolve the cocoa, stir, bring to a boil.

Add the chocolate, reduce the heat. Cook for 15 min. After dissolving the chocolate, try it. If you like sweeter add sugar.

Whisk cream to thick peaks with the icing sugar and vanilla.

Hot chocolate pour into cups, filling 2/3 full sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of cream.
