Quick sauerkraut with oranges
This wonderful recipe is the rapid method ferment cabbage shared Alla Kovalchuk – culinary expert of the show "vse bude dobre". It turns out crispy and flavorful cabbage. Due to the orange and pumpkin, she gets a new taste, and also, cabbage leavens the whole day.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Vinegar

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

1. Purified pumpkin grate on a coarse grater. Cabbage shinkuem thickness of 5 mm, then it will be crispy. Pour the cabbage and pumpkin in a large enamel pot or other convenient utensil (except aluminum).

2. Orange cut into 4 pieces, pull out the bones and grind in a blender – not long to present small pieces of orange. Add the orange to the pan with the cabbage and pumpkin.

3. A bit of extra to prisolit and stir with your hands cabbage and lightly "mash" by hand.

4. Make a marinade. In a pan pour 1 liter of water, add 100 g of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt 50 ml vegetable oil. When the liquid boils, add the vinegar, remove from heat.

5. Fill the cabbage with boiling marinade. We stamp spoon so that all the cabbage was in the marinade. From the top you can put a plate and weight. When the cabbage has cooled, you can put it on the balcony or in the refrigerator, but you can just leave on the table FOR a DAY!!!
