                        This recipe taught me dad! On cooking takes little time, but it turns out... YUM! The recipe for those who don't like to Tinker, but LOVE DELICIOUS to EAT!                             Brine: Water, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, mix, boil. Allow to cool and then add vinegar.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Cabbage, carrots and garlic stir and cover with brine. Squeeze the cabbage with something heavy (you can cover with a plate and up put a jar of water) so that the brine will cover the entire cabbage. Leave for a day in a warm place, and then move to a cool. After 2-3 days the cabbage will be ready.
