Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the softened butter and again beat for 5 minutes
Then to the mixture add the yeast, salt and sifted flour, knead the dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Roll out the dough 5mm thick and cut out figures.
Bake the cookies at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. I got 20 pieces.
