Salad
Very, very tasty chicken salad with pickled vegetables. Spicy, bright taste will impress our men. Although the rights of the General's wife))) I always join spouse to enjoy the salad. Husband is not very happy about that, but patiently puts up with my tasting))). Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Mayonnaise

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Chicken breast boil in salted water for just 3 minutes. Cut it into small pieces and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides in high heat for minute until Golden brown.

Onion cut into thin slices and marinate for 20 minutes. Marinade: in water pour the vinegar and sugar, mix well.

In a bowl put peas, pressed marinade from the onions, a pinch of salt and the grated carrot on the Korean grater. Mix well. The vegetables leave for 20 minutes to infuse. In a bowl put the vegetables on top of chopped medium dice pieces of chicken. Decorate with parsley leaves and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with mixture of peppers.
