Buns with egg and greens
Recipe for those who have no time to stand at the stove. Bun for any occasion and for anyone who loves pies with egg.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Greens

Eggs peel, cut into cubes, add chopped greens, optional sweet pepper and garlic, passed through the press.

In kefir add raw egg, salt, sugar, soda. Mix well.

Then add the stuffing of boiled eggs with greens, vegetable oil and gradually introduce the flour, stirring well.
