Cooking
Beat eggs in a lush foam with vanilla, sugar and tangerine peel ( to grate). Pour in the milk and mix quickly.
Add baking powder with the flour and beat until smooth. Apples from the skin is not cleaned, only from the seeds. Arbitrary cut into small slices and add to the dough, mix ( leave some apples for decorating the top) of the cake.
The form of (24) grease with vegetable oil and lay out our dough. Left the Apple slices to arrange on top of pie and sprinkle with a little sugar ( a couple tablespoons). Butter cut into small pieces and put randomly on top of apples. Send the pie in the oven at 170-180 gr until tender (40-50 minutes). Readiness check wooden skewer dry. The finished cake, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
