Description
Prepared "Soup of kohlrabi with chicken dumplings". Well, first off, the dumplings turned out very much, and secondly, my soups though, and eats, but prefers normal. And so was born this soup.

Cooking
In the boiling broth to lower the peeled onion and leave to languish on low heat.
Half of onion very finely chopped. Meat mince or cook ready-minced chicken breast. To prepare crumbs.
To the mince add the egg, crumbs, sauteed onion, and spices to taste.
Mix well, add chopped greens and mix again. Cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Using two teaspoons, formed into dumplings and drop into boiling salted water, in batches. Cook until tender.
The finished dumplings remove with a slotted spoon into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Carrots and celery cleaned and cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Bulgarian pepper cleaned and cut into strips and then diamonds.
In the boiling broth to put potatoes, add the sauté and bring to a boil.
Add pepper. Salt. Cook on low heat until soft vegetables.
Add pasta and cook until tender. For 5 minutes until tender remove the onion and add Bay leaf.
When serving, add in the gnocchi dish and sprinkle soup with chopped fresh herbs and green onions.
