Chutney persimmon
Chutneys is a popular Indian fruit sauces, accentuates the taste of main dishes. One of the fall fruit is the persimmon. Of this wonderful fruit turned out absolutely amazing sauce, bright, elegant, non-trivial, which can be submitted to rice and meat dishes.

Ingredients

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

The required ingredients. I took a different persimmon varieties, one large and very ripe, and two small and plump. Soy sauce is natural fermentation of TM Kikkoman.

Persimmon peel and seeds, cut into small cubes. Ripe persimmons can be mashed with a fork.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, scalded with boiling water.

Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, pepper, paprika, lemon juice and grated on a small grater peeled ginger.

Mix the dressing with persimmons and onions. Serve sauce immediately.
