Special recipe my dad didn't leave anyone indifferent! My girlfriend received an invitation to visit, the first thing you say: "And the mushrooms are?" By the way, this same principle can be used to marinate and any other noble mushrooms.

Cooking
The first step is to produce mushrooms. I do it myself, in the woods. In a pinch you can buy on the market, only it is necessary to choose the young, pure and strong.
The mushrooms should be cleaned and rinsed thoroughly. The smallest can be left whole, those that are more cut into 2 or 4 parts previously separated legs.
Put into boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the water, in the future it can be used for preparation of mushroom soup, or just pour out. This cunning action in the future we will turn out bright and crystal clear marinade.
To prepare the marinade. Per liter of boiling water 0.5 cups of vinegar from white grapes, 1 tbsp coarse salt, 1 tsp sugar, 10-15 peas allspice, 15-20 buds of cloves and 3 Bay leaves. Put the mushrooms in the marinade and cook for another 10 minutes. The marinade should be tangy, but pleasant to the taste/ otherwise the mushrooms will turn out bland.
That's all, awesome mushrooms in a mild marinade is ready! Place them on sterilized banks, wait until cool down, cover with lids and put into the fridge, where they should be kept all the time.
