Stuffed wings
I think many will think it's chicken legs. No. It's wings. Come and see for yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    500 g

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wings to wash. To cut off the tips (useful for the first course).

Peel part around the second joint by removing the two small bones.

Holding the thick end of the bone for the third joint of the wing, using a sharp knife, incise the skin and remove the meat from the bones to make meat "pocket". Do the same with the rest of the wings.

Leave on the skin a little meat, the rest of the crop (more we won't need them.)

Grate the cheese.

Slice the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil. Mix with greens.

Fill the meat pockets with stuffing. The rest of the skin wrap around the bones.

Thus prepared wings, put on oiled baking sheet and put bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, occasionally basting segregated juice. Serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!!!
