Baked boiled potatoes
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that during Lent the potato is the most popular product. Why I dare to offer you another recipe flavorful baked potatoes. This is an Australian recipe, one of the variants of the so-called "Crash Hot Potatoes".

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

It is ideal to use new potatoes for this recipe. The potatoes with my brush. Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook on a medium heat with the lid closed for 20 minutes. Hot potato (as it allows you to keep the hand), do a sharp knife, cross-cut and remove the peel, but do not remove it completely.

Take a baking tray, covered with baking paper and grease with sunflower oil with olive "Oleyna".

On a baking sheet put the potatoes and make several longitudinal and transverse cuts with a sharp knife or use special "cutting".

Profusely potatoes sunflower oil olive from "Oleyna".

Sprinkle potatoes with coarse salt and put in hot oven, preheated to 230 degrees for 20 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic and mix with the rosemary needles.

Take out from the oven a baking sheet with the potatoes, sprinkle with garlic, rosemary and sweet paprika powder.

Again sprinkle with sunflower oil with olive from "Oleyna". Put in oven for 5 minutes (230 degrees). See that the garlic is not burnt!

Serve the potatoes at once hot, sprinkled melkorublenoy greens (I dill). Fast with fun!
