Bean salad with carrots
I suggest You try the usual salad with an unusual sauce-dressing. The salad turns out juicy. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Sunflower seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Water

    15 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

To prepare the beans. Soak in cold water for at least 4 hours, then rinse and boil until tender. Add salt at the end of cooking. You can use canned beans, then the cooking process will be even easier and faster.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Crush the garlic in any convenient way for You (I rubbed on a small grater). Greens finely chop.

To prepare the sauce-dressing. If You have sunflower seeds are not roasted, you can quickly fry them in the microwave for about 3 minutes. To sunflower seeds add the chopped garlic, mustard, lemon juice, salt and soy sauce. I used naturally brewed, light soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Blend in a blender until smooth. Now start to introduce the water to the desired consistency of the sauce stations. It took me 15 ml. If You want a more liquid dressing, then the amount of water increase. To connect beans and carrots, drizzle with olive oil and season with sauce. Mix well. I put the layers and the sauce served separately.
