Salad of chicken gizzards in the East
Another recipe of Korean cuisine for you, dear cooks!!! Easy to prepare salad for the festive table!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    3 tsp

Cooking

Cut into pieces

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot

Bell pepper chopped strips

Onion cut into half rings

Send it in a pan with vegetable oil

Add the soy sauce, red chili pepper and stir. If you use regular soy sauce, not sweet like me, add 1 tsp of sugar
