Cooking
Coriander crushed in a mortar.
Cranberry sauce heat in small saucepan. Add water. Crush the berries with a spoon and season with salt. Mix well.
Garlic is to crush or finely chop.
In the hot sauce and add red pepper, garlic and coriander. Warm on medium heat for about 5 minutes. While the garlic is tender.
Add the chopped greens and boil for another 2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl, allow to cool. After cooling the sauce thickens. It can be stored in the refrigerator under a lid for about a week.
