Three Pesto sauce
PESTO -"Pesto& ;quot;, from pestato, pestare (ital). — stomp, grind, crush) is one of the most popular sauces in Italian cuisine. Is based on olive oil, Basil and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Basil

    60 g

  • Pine nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Ricotta

    150 g

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

[color=red][b]For the red pesto:[/b][/color] using a marble mortar and wooden pestle or (more simplified version) in a blender grind the Basil, nuts (or pine seeds), garlic, cheese, sun-dried tomatoes. Optionally, you can add the capers and balsamic vinegar (but it is not mandatory ingredients).
