Pancake pie with chicken and mushrooms
Delicious and rich cake of pancakes with a beloved stuffed mushrooms and meat (in my case, chicken). I recommend to cook for a family Sunday lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken thigh

    300 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cook the pancakes. Can use Your favorite recipe, but I loved the recipe of these pancakes, so cook according to the recipe... it in the buttermilk to dissolve soda, set aside for a few minutes. Meanwhile prepare all the other ingredients. Then mix the yogurt and milk. Beat eggs with sugar and salt and combine with the milk mixture. Gradually add the flour. Add the vegetable oil Oleyna, and all mix well until smooth.

To make pancakes and toppings we use sunflower oil "Oleyna"...

Bake pancakes as usual... They are thin and flexible.

Let's prepare the filling. Chop the onion and mushrooms. In skillet, heat vegetable oil "Oleyna" and fry a few minutes the bow. Then add mushrooms, fry about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. In vegetable oil fry the onion and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Cooked stuffing spread on the pancake and fold the pancake roll.

Boiled chicken meat (my legs) finely chop with a knife or mince. Add the chicken to the mushrooms and stir.

On pancake spread 2-3 tablespoons of the filling and wrap into a roll. Prepare a few of these rolls depending on the size of Your form.

To fill the egg lightly whisk, add sour cream and stir.

Baking dish to put the pancakes on four sides so that the edges of the pancakes were hanging outside of the form. On the bottom of the form put the stuffed pancake rolls. The length of the rolls shall coincide with the length of the form. Put the pancakes in layers and each layer well to coat with dressing.

Cover it with a pie hanging edges of pancakes.

Two pancakes cut into strips with a width of approximately 1 cm.

And weave "lattice" for decorating top of cake.

Grease top of cake with remaining filling and bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until Browning.

Ready pancake pie with chicken and mushrooms cool slightly in shape. Transfer to a dish and serve.
