Milkshake with currants
Very tasty and very healthy smoothie, because currants contain a large amount of vitamin C. Suitable for adults and kids who don't like to eat whole berries. That's how I and my daughter ))

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    500 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

To start, wash the currants and loaded it into blender.

And kefir.
