Cooking
Flour, butter, sour cream, salt and sugar cook dough (I used a food processor with the knife attachment). A ball of dough placed in a plastic bag and sent 1 hour in the refrigerator. Broccoli divide into florets and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 min. Spread on paper towel.
The white part of leek cut into rings and fry in butter until Golden brown, add the diced tenderloin, pepper and a little salt.
In a bowl put the cheese, eggs, sour cream, mix well. Add roasted and finely porezany green onions, salt to taste.
Roll out the dough into a circle and using a rolling pin placed in a form (I have 28cm) formed by the sides and pinned with a fork.
Put into the oven for 10 min. at a temperature of 240 degrees.
On the cake spread the broccoli.
Over broccoli spread the filling and bake it in the oven for 30-40min. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
