Soup with tomatoes and eggs
Quick to prepare, light but, at the same time, spicy taste of tomato soup. Recipe taken from the magazine "Love to cook", but greatly modified by me. I added my favorite Italian accent.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Basil

  • Cheese

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

Here are the necessary products for cooking soup.

Chicken breast finely chop and cook the broth for 0.5 hours. I used frozen broth, remaining from the last output from cooking chicken roll. In the broth add the finely chopped onion and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Tomatoes finely chop and add to soup. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Beat eggs with a whisk.

Pour them into the boiling soup, stirring with a whisk. Add spices. Boil for 2-3 minutes. The soup is ready.

In ready soup to grate cheese to taste and garnish with Basil. The soup turns out tender and very flavorful!
