After a heavy Christmas and new year feasts, wanted something gentle, creamy vegetable, without meat broth and so was born this light, but tasty soup.

Cooking
For soup we need frozen vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, green peas, corn, peppers, zucchini), cheese melted and the onions.

Onions cleaned, cut small cubes and spasserovat a mixture of oil and butter.
