Eggplant with meat, tomatoes and Suluguni cheese
Stuffed eggplant.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beef

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Eggplant cut lengthwise into halves. A clove of garlic cut into slices. In eggplant to make cuts and insert the plate of garlic. Pour vegetable oil and put bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
