Description

Chicken royally

As I said to my husband:"What's in these sparrows?" And I thought, why not cook up so chicken? Over time, through trial brought the most successful recipe of "Chicken royally". Welcome to the table! Cooking

step-0
Mix all ingredients for the marinade.
step-1
Chicks wash, dry. Put them into a suitable Cup, with all sides (and inside too) to cover the bird with marinade. Cover with cling film and leave aside for 30-40 minutes.
step-2
Chicken liver wash, dry, cut into small cubes and fry in olive oil on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
step-3
Half a large Apple cut into pieces the same size as the liver (from the skins to peel an Apple is not necessary), add the liver and fry all together on medium heat for another 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let it cool down the filling.
step-4
Chickens to get out of the marinade and stuff the liver with Apple.
step-5
Wrap the chicken with bacon, one strip of bacon to put on the back, and the second on the breast of the bird. The ends of strips of bacon can be fastened with toothpicks or wooden skewers. Even though they are so great to stand on the carcass. In the same way to do with the second chick. Bacon will not give the white meat from becoming dry, but it will give juiciness. And what flavor would be bacon...
step-6
Wrap the ends of the legs and wings of poultry with foil. And that chick better keep the form-tie the legs with cooking string.
step-7
Put chicken in a baking dish and carefully coat them with the marinade left in the Cup, where they are marinated. Bake the bird in a preheated 180-190* oven for 25-30 minutes (the last couple of minutes I turned the GRILL mode).
step-8
Remove the chicken from the oven, carefully remove the foil from the wings as legs, cut cooking string. Drizzle the bird with the separated juice and serve.
