Cooking

step-0
Cut fillet (tastes better if you take meat from the thigh, I used breast) pieces with a side of 3 cm.
step-1
Chop the garlic, grate the ginger. Pour in a saucepan the soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, add sugar, red pepper, add the garlic and ginger. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes – the sauce should thicken. As a variant – to add to the cold ingredients, add 1 tbsp flour. Then the mixture zapustitsya in a minute. When cooked stir!
step-2
During cooking yakitori sauce you will need are skewers. You can just put the chicken on sticks, brush with sauce and broil – it will be very tasty and you can, like me, add more green to make an interesting twin form. For twin stick use young leeks or green onions thicker. Cut a piece of white and a piece of green part, leaving a thick white part and some green shoots.
step-3
String a piece of meat, interspersing his onion column so that this column was shared on 2 skewers. I went for 3 slices on a skewer 2 onion stalk.
step-4
Sauce divided into 2 parts – for lubrication when baking and for serving. Lubricate the brush with sauce our of the workpiece with one hand.
step-5
Preheat your grill pan or use an oven with grill for baking. Grease the grill. To start with the fried pickle side, slightly pressing on skewers for frying. Brush second side with sauce process. Flip. Grilovanie should last 5-7 minutes and the meat can become dry. Put on the dish, grease left in the other Cup sauce (it will be during this time, thicker and darker). Optional sprinkle with sesame seeds.
