Raw jam
Why "Y"? Because I didn't know what to call it! This jam is a storehouse of vitamins!! Especially useful in winter-spring period.

Ingredients

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    3 piece

  • Honey

    1 cup

Cooking

Celery root wash, peel, cut into small pieces

Lemons wash, cut into small pieces, remove pits

Celery and lemon to scroll through a meat grinder or grind in a blender

Add the honey and all mix well

The resulting mixture was spread in a pre-prepared jars (washed, scalded and dried). Store in the refrigerator.
