For those who don't like to mess with a dusting of pepper. And the taste is excellent - sweet and sour... Well, just a super-snack!

Pepper small size wash, drain off the water.
Pour into a pot or high pan with vegetable oil, put on fire. When the oil boils, put to it whole peppers with stems and fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes (preferably under cover). I put one at a time 6-7 peppers, because that's how much fits in half-liter jar.
In a prepared half-liter jars to put 4-5 cloves of garlic, sliced, a piece of bitter pepper (to taste), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 2.5 tablespoons of 9% vinegar.
Roasted pepper, place in cans and fill to the top with boiling water.
Cover with lids and roll up. Have a nice winter meal!
