Description

Custard
The original recipe took on the website kuking. net. Slightly edited under the available products - and voila - a pretty economical Kremik in a period of economic crisis ; -).

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
1 Cup milk mixed with 5 tablespoons of sugar and on slow fire, bring to a boil.
step-1
While the milk is boiling, mix the egg with the flour...
step-2
...and the remaining milk. If the mixture is still lumps - nothing scary, they then disperse.
step-3
This mixture gently pour in boiling milk with sugar. And cooking cream, stirring until it thickens and boils. Once the mixture is boiling remove it from fire and a few minutes of stirring.
step-4
Here's a cream I got. Anyone can add a bit of butter and beat with a mixer, but I did without it. Now cream spread cake and together to sit to drink tea!!! :-* PS: I know that cream recipes on the website sooo mnooogo and they are all very tasty. But I decided to share this recipe, because there is a hostess (and I'm among them :-[ ), which will be very costly to introduce in the cream and 3-4 more eggs. I tried the cream on one egg and it turned out very tasty and economical (especially if you often cook something tasty ;-) ).
