Apple-dairy cakes
I suggest to dream up on... how to eat something delicious, and with no harm for the waist! I found the recipe for this simple dessert in an Italian cooking magazine in the category "useful, BUT tasty"... that is, it is understood that this dessert is not heavier nor your figure, nor your conscience! )) It is advisable to use skimmed milk, and then one piece of cake will contain only 230 calories. I indicated in the ingredients "green apples", but of course you can get apples of your favorite variety. Pie loved children!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Lemon

  • Salt

To prepare the apples. Wash, peel, remove the core and cut into very thin plates. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice to keep the apples while to heat up the oven, and while we prepare the dough the Oven... in the meantime, to enable to heat up to 200°C.

In a large bowl beat the eggs, add 100 g of sugar, grated lemon zest, sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and vanilla. Stir everything with a whisk until smooth.

Pour in the milk and stir again... the Dough was liquid.

Put in a bowl with a pastry... apples Gently stir, trying not to break the thin Apple slices.

A fireproof baking dish (25x25 cm or 30х23 cm), put baking paper soaked in water and wrung out as follows. Put the apples into the form and leveled.

Sprinkle the apples on top of the remaining sugar. Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour. The finished cake remove from oven, cool and cut into squares.
