Cooking
For this cheese homemade biscuits require just three products - cheese, butter and flour. Let's start with, melt the butter, slightly cool and combine with cottage cheese.
Then add a pinch of vanilla sugar, a pinch of baking soda and flour. Knead the dough. Put the dough for half an hour in the freezer.
Then roll out, cut into sectors and twist in the form of bagels. Roll out very conveniently on parchment paper, I don't even sprinkle, and roll it, then washed and dried for the next cookie. All!
Place in a form, close with cling film and in the freezer. Any moment now you will have curd homemade biscuits.
It will have only to get out of the freezer, place on a greased baking sheet.
Turn the oven on 200*C, on the bottom shelf to put a bowl of hot water and bake for 15 minutes, then switch to 180*C and bake for another 10 minutes.
Get it and put it on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and... submitted to tea.
And finally, look for me in the freezer... just biscuits cheese is no longer there.
