Prepare the ingredients. To cut plums in half.

In a small pot warm up SL. oil, then add the honey and plums. Wait 5-10min., remove from the heat.

Pan-fried oatmeal, stirring often. Then add 2-3 tbsp of the plum sauce, mix well.

In a Cup put the yogurt, plum and crunchy oatmeal. Here and ready!
