Products for our little Vereniki not too complex - rice, salmon, nori, sugar, processed cheese and cheese-pigtail, soft curd cheese and lemon.
How to cook a delicious salad of rice? Very simple - 1.5 cups of rice, wash under running water, put into a saucepan, pour 1.5 cups of cold water (how much rice and so much water). Floors add a tablespoon of salt, and 3(!) tablespoons of sugar. The rice should sprinkling sugar on. But fear not, the flavor then is balanced. Bring rice to a boil, stirring occasionally, then put on very minimal heat to almost boiling, close the lid and forget it for 25 minutes. During this time the rice will fully absorb water and cooked.
While cooking the rice, we cut small cubes of cucumber.
Finely chop the string cheese.
Cream cheese also cut into cubes.
Squeeze the juice of a whole lemon.
Cooked rice, transfer to a plate and allow to cool. Then pour in the rice, lemon juice and stir.
In the cooled rice, put 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and cucumber, stir.
Now of rice with cucumbers and cheese generated in the course of our drakoshka. He is yet very young, moonlight.
Add the top layer of fish.
Sprinkle the chopped cheese-pigtail and melted cheese. Formed legs.
