A sweet and spicy sauce Thai-Chinese
If one of my friends goes to Thailand, I always order a bottle of sweet sauce. There he is only 28 baht and we are selling all 228 RUB Chaos, I think. We can do worse! The sauce is ideal for poultry and seafood.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    180 ml

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Vinegar

    120 ml

  • Garlic

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix sugar, water, vinegar.

Put on low heat, constantly stir. The liquid boils, the sugar will dissolve — that's what we need.

Add the peppers.

Garlic.

Tomato paste. Stir. Need to get the smells mixed up.

Then combine in a bowl the cornstarch and tablespoon of cold water and pour in the sauce. Stir until thick. Add salt, stir. Let cool the sauce.
