To begin with, that will prepare pea and wheat flour. Pea flour can be purchased ready-made or grind your own in a regular coffee grinder. Mix spices and add to the flour.
Pour into a blender 1.25 (1+1/4) cups of water, add 2 medium tomatoes, place a slice of ginger root, and if you do not use asafoetida (spice), put 1 clove of garlic. Turn on the blender and grind everything thoroughly.
Add the flour, chopped herbs and pour the mixture from the blender. Mix.
