I present to you another absolutely stunning dish of Indian cuisine - tomato fritters "Poodle". After tasting this miracle, all remain in admiration, and I really want to share this enthusiasm with you.

Ingredients

To begin with, that will prepare pea and wheat flour. Pea flour can be purchased ready-made or grind your own in a regular coffee grinder. Now prepare the salt and spices. ATTENTION!!! If you don't have some spices that just do not add it! 1. Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon) 2. Coriander powder (1 tsp) 3. Turmeric (3/4 teaspoon) 4. Cumin, Zira (1 h/l) 5. Asafoetida (1/4 tsp) Asafoetida is possible to substitute one clove of regular garlic.

Mix spices and add to the flour.

Pour into a blender 1.25 (1+1/4) cups of water, add 2 medium tomatoes, place a slice of ginger root, and if you do not use asafoetida (spice), put 1 clove of garlic. Turn on the blender and grind everything thoroughly.

Add the flour, chopped herbs and pour the mixture from the blender. Mix.
