Mango Lassi
A healthy Breakfast is a good day.

Ingredients

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Lemon

    30 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

Mango peel, remove the seeds. Grate a bit of nutmeg. from lemon squeeze a tablespoon of juice.

For the filling: Mango cut into pieces and grind in a blender with honey. Add ground cinnamon, granulated sugar.

For the Lassi's: Mix the milk with yogurt, add lemon juice.

On the bottom of the glass with a capacity of at least 300 ml of mango to put filler on top to pour the Lassi. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
