Corn in aromatic oil
First time in my life baked corn and just fell in love with this recipe! Incredibly tasty and flavorful! And the oil can be "flavored" to your liking! While there is young corn, do not miss the chance to try! Corn (if not very young), better pre-boil, you can also use frozen.

Ingredients

  • Corn

    3 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Pepper pink

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix oil with herbs, pepper and garlic.

Spread oil on the film or foil and roll into a cylinder. Put in freezer for 30 minutes.

Remove the oil and cut into pieces. Cut, if necessary, each cob in half. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature. Put corn in foil and put on the bottom pieces of butter and spread butter over the cobs.

To make a foil envelope and bake corn in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until tender.

Serve as a side dish to meat or as a separate dish.
