Vegetable sauce
Delicious and healthy, moderately spicy sauce that will come in handy in the post to replace traditional mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Bran

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The flour and bran sifted through a sieve

Dilute a small amount of water and stir to avoid lumps

Then pour the remaining water and bring to boil

All the other ingredients and mix

Beat with a blender

Gradually add warm flour, continuing to whisk for 5 minutes
