Cooking
First prepare the pancakes. Mix all the ingredients except oil with 250 ml milk until smooth, without lumps. Add the remaining 500 ml of milk. Pour vegetable oil, stir. Leave the dough for 25-30 minutes. Before frying again mix. The first time grease the pan with oil, in later times not necessary.
Pears wash, cut into pieces.
Fold the pears into the pan, pour water. Add honey, lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, salt to taste. Bring contents of saucepan to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until soft pears.
