Hello! Brought to you today an unusual, but incredibly delicious dessert recipe that you can close in jars for the winter. To prepare we will from the present, summer vegetables - eggplant, but no one will know that it's there, until you reveal the secret, it was appropriate to feed the eggplant to those who are not like them))

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    500 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Ginger

    20 g

Prepare the necessary products. Eggplant, lemon and ginger to wash, to clean.

Ginger RUB on a fine grater, eggplant cut into cubes.

In a saucepan, melt the sugar with 100 ml water, when it boils, send back the eggplant and ginger, bring to boil and cook low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Five minutes until cooked add the juice of half a lemon. To blend warm mass, put on a quiet fire, add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted, turn off the heat.

Spread the hot jam in clean, dry jars. If you plan to store for the winter, it should be additionally sterilized for 10-15 minutes.
