Recently tried the candied pomelo, decided to cook itself. The result exceeded my expectations! Lovers of dried fruits and candied fruits - welcome!

Cooking
Pomelo peel cut into cubes and cover with water for 2 days.
Need to pin down a bit Corky, so they were completely covered with water. The water should be changed 2 times a day, went to the bitterness.
Two days later we again change the water and put the cover on the gas. Bring to a boil, drain in a colander. Again, fill with cold water and bring to a boil. Repeat this procedure 5-6 times.
The crust will become transparent.
Asleep peel 3 cups sugar and add 1 Cup of water. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 40-50 minutes. Then you need to allow them to cool.
Now the dried peel. The dish lay parchment paper and spread it on the crust. Leave to dry in a warm place, e.g. near the battery. I have had the hots 4 days.
But you can put the cover on with the pan. I dried at a minimum temperature about 4 hours. The oven door should be ajar (about a palm). 2-3 times to turn brown, so as not stuck.
Candied finish. You can decorate their desserts, and you can just serve tea.
