Cooking
Put into a saucepan the water, butter, cut into pieces, salt and sugar. Bring to the boil and complete dissolution of oil, sugar and salt.
Remove from heat and vsypav sifted flour, mix thoroughly.
Return the pan with the dough on a slow fire and stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to evaporate excess liquid, make the dough. The dough is easily assembled with the blade in one lump. The photo shows that the bottom of the pan lightly covered with a crust of dough, it can serve as a reference on his willingness.
Let the dough quite a bit to cool down, and then, cautiously and one by one enter the eggs, carefully involving them over and over again. The dough should not be steep and not fluid, so often its density is governed by the number of eggs. Do not forget that the density of flour in all regions are different.
Place the dough in a cooking bag (syringe) and transplant on a baking tray, covered with baking paper, little cakes with a diameter of 4-5 cm at a distance from each other. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a heated to 170"With the oven for about 30-35 minutes, but this is a symbolic time because of the oven we all have different, and much depends on the size of the cake, so to peep into the window and about focus on my time and smell the baking!
Cream: Drain the oil from cod liver, add cream cheese, lemon juice and pepper. Whisk everything with a mixer.
A sharp knife with a nail file to cut the top pastry. Fill it with stuffing.
You can leave the cake open and garnish with olive, you can close the lid. I did half open, half closed. Open circle decorated with olives, red pepper and parsley. Caused thin strips with mayonnaise.
