This recipe was shared with me, one friend was French from Alsace. She claims that this salad is very common in this region of France. What can I say? It is extremely tasty, tender, bright and colorful. It is also very fast and perfectly suited for a cosy, homely lunch or dinner.

Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes.
Peel the onion and finely chop the parsley chop.
Bell pepper, tomato and cucumber (if the cucumber peel is thick, it is best to remove) and cut into small cubes.
Vegetables pour vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, season the creme fraiche, mix thoroughly. (In the absence of crème fraîche, you can replace fatty sour cream or cream. Although we have in the stores this product can be found). Put on the salad. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
