Roll shank with carrots and garlic
Roll of pork shank is a dish that resembles something between sausage and pork. Especially good if you put a slice of roulade on black bread, smeared with mustard. Help yourselves, friends!

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    750 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

Cooking
