Rolls with bacon and cream cheese
Presented rolls out sooo delicious, flavorful bacon in combination with carrot and cottage cheese tender, but still crispy batter... mmm... delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    6 slice

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Phyllo dough

    150 g

  • Butter

    40 g

Cooking

Carrots wash, peel and slice with a vegetable peeler.

Cone molds to wrap a strip of bacon.

Then wrap a strip of carrot.

The dough Kataifi pre-thaw, to separate a rather long strands.

Tightly wrap each strand of straw on top of carrots and sprinkle with melted butter.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 gr., 15-18 minutes, until it will turn brown.

After you remove the rolls from the oven, let cool slightly and, using a pastry syringe, fill with cream cheese.
