Description

Grape smoothie with green tea
Very light and refreshing drink. Will save from the heat and recharge your batteries. For the contest "Burnt by the sun"

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Pineapple

    0.5 cup

  • Ice

    0.5 cup

  • Green tea

    1 tsp

Cooking

Green tea pour hot (but not boiling) water. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and cool completely.

Place into blender all the ingredients: grapes, pineapple, tea and ice cubes. Whisk until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
